About the Role
Sigma Solve Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Software Sales Executive to promote and sell our Textile Software solutions. This role combines inside sales (lead generation, cold calling, online product demonstrations) with field sales (client visits, on-site meetings, and relationship building) for textile and manufacturing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct online and on-site software demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Visit textile mills, manufacturing units, and trading businesses to present software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software modules.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team during product demonstrations, implementation, and post-sales support.
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM.
- Stay updated with textile industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Software Sales, ERP Sales, Textile Software Sales, Manufacturing Software Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
- Basic understanding of the textile industry is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
