Job Title: Sales Manager – Textile Showroom
Location: Ollur, Thrissur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Textile Showroom from the Textile Industry to lead and manage the overall showroom operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing showroom activities, and handling a large team to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Handle and supervise a team of 50–52 staff members.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
Maintain proper stock display, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and operational improvements.
Requirements:
Experience in the Textile Industry is mandatory.
Strong experience in showroom management and team handling.
Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve sales targets.
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
