The Branch In-Charge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, supervising staff, achieving business and collection targets, and ensuring smooth customer service. The role includes monitoring branch activities, maintaining records and reports, supporting sales and business development, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Branch In-Charge will guide the team, coordinate with the head office, and handle customer issues effectively. Field visits and business development activities may be required whenever necessary to support branch operations and achieve organizational goals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
