Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst – ERP with 3–4 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing client processes, preparing functional specifications, managing client-raised tickets, and working closely with Product, Development, QA, Implementation, and Support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
· Understand client business processes, workflows, and pain points.
· Identify process gaps and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
· Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications. Create process workflows using BPMN / UML / flow diagrams.
· Prepare wireframes or functional prototypes wherever required.
· Manage requirement clarifications, scope changes, and enhancement requests.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP automation.
Client Ticket Management
· Analyze and manage client-raised ERP tickets, issues, and enhancement requests.
· Identify whether the issue is a bug, configuration issue, process gap, or enhancement.
· Coordinate with Support, Development, QA, and Implementation teams for resolution.
· Validate fixes and ensure resolution as per client requirements and SLA.
· Track tickets from analysis to closure and document recurring issues for product improvement.
Product & Development Coordination
· Work closely with Product Managers and Development teams to convert requirements into product features.
· Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
· Clarify functional requirements and business logic during development.
· Review developed features against approved requirements.
· Coordinate with QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
· Support UAT and validate functionality before release.
· Provide product feedback based on client requirements and recurring issues.
ERP Functional Analysis
Experience or understanding of one or more of the following ERP functions will be preferred:
· Finance & Accounting
· Purchase & Procurement
· Inventory & Stores
· Sales & Billing
· Project Management
· Asset Management
· Contractor Management
· HR & Payroll
Required Skills & Experience
· 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role.
· Experience in ERP, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Product-based companies.
· Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
· Hands-on experience preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
· Experience handling client tickets, functional issues, enhancement requests, and change requests.
· Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, integrations, and ERP architecture.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience with Jira or similar tools will be an advantage.
· Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar AI tools for requirement analysis and documentation will be an added advantage.

· Strong ownership of requirements, tickets, and deliverables.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced ERP product environment.
