We are looking for an organized and responsible Office Secretary to support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office files and records.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare documents, reports, and letters.
- Assist with data entry and office administration.
- Coordinate with staff and clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
