We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman who can join immediately.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Architectural Draughtsman is responsible for the development of project specific details and the preparation and coordination of clear, concise drawings.
· Experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman to lead the coordination of architectural drawings, details and documentation required for regulatory approvals.
· Assessing the Architectural plans, feasibility and details given by design architect from sanction point of view.
.Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed for submissions.
· Preparing stage wise building permission drawings.
· Getting verified the prepared sanction drawings from Managing Director and respective Architect.
· Proficient in Auto CAD & Sketch up Software.
SKILLS:
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural drafting software.
· Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
