Homestin Interiors & Constructions is looking for a talented and creative Freelance Architect to collaborate on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and practical knowledge of execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and 3D concepts
- Prepare drawings, plans, and BOQs
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements
- Assist in site visits (if required)
- Work closely with interior design and execution teams
- Ensure designs meet quality and regulatory standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
