Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic General Manager – Sales to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing large sales teams, and developing high-impact sales strategies in the real estate sector. This role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and a proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall sales function across projects and regions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive team performance, including hiring, training, mentoring, and retention.
- Monitor sales funnel, conversions, and revenue pipelines.
- Ensure effective lead management and site visit conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Oversee pricing strategies, inventory planning, and sales closures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain sales discipline.
- Present performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Pay: ₹53,611.82 - ₹100,000.00 per month
