Handle-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update records, databases, and company documents.
Prepare reports, MIS, and data entry with accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Assist in documentation, verification, and report preparation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 2 years of experience in a Back Office or Administrative role (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
