Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and designing structural components for residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site coordination abilities, and experience in ensuring structural safety and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare structural drawings, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Review architectural drawings and coordinate with architects and site engineers.
- Conduct structural calculations and load analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Visit construction sites for inspections and structural guidance.
- Coordinate with project teams for execution and quality control.
- Optimize structural designs for cost-effectiveness and durability.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve structural-related issues on-site.
- Assist in estimation and material planning.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, or similar structural software.
- Understanding of RCC design, steel structures, and foundation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and construction safety standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.
