Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate and experienced English Phonics and Spoken English Teachers to conduct engaging online classes. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu to support regional learners.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity suitable for educators who are enthusiastic about teaching children or adults and helping them improve pronunciation, reading, and spoken English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online Phonics and/or Spoken English classes
- Teach pronunciation, reading skills, blending, and grammar basics
- Help students improve fluency, vocabulary, and confidence in speaking
- Create interactive and engaging lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain class discipline and positive learning environment
- Use digital tools (Zoom/Google Meet/other platforms) effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Fluency in at least one regional language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu
- Prior experience in teaching Phonics / Spoken English / ESL preferred
- Good internet connection and laptop/desktop setup
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Patient, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification
- Experience in online teaching
- Experience teaching children (3–12 years) or adult learners
