NOTI Institute, Panvel is looking to recruit Deck and Engine Instructors to support its maritime and offshore training programs.
Eligibility:
Maritime Background
Bosun / Senior AB / Fitter with sailing experience
Interest in teaching, training, and academic roles
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work with digital training tools
Technical Background
Candidates with experience in lathe operations, welding, or workshop-related trades
Experience in practical skill training will be an advantage
Role Overview:
Assist in conducting practical and classroom-based training programs for maritime and offshore trainees
Support workshop activities and hands-on skill development
Maintain training equipment and assist in institute training operations
Work with instructors and faculty in delivering structured training modules
