We are looking for a Telecaller – Franchise Sales who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys interacting with business owners and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective franchise partners.
- Explain INSD's franchise business model and investment opportunity.
- Generate and qualify franchise leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Franchise Sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update CRM and maintain lead records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Franchise Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
