Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to supervise and manage all finishing activities at construction sites. The candidate will ensure high-quality execution of interior and exterior finishing works within project timelines and budget standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in high-quality interior and finishing execution
Ability to handle multiple finishing activities simultaneously
Good vendor and subcontractor coordination
Strong attention to detail and quality finishing standards
Experience:
2–5 years experience in building finishing works
(Residential / Commercial / Hospital / High-rise projects preferred)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of finishing materials and methods
Good understanding of construction drawings
Site execution and supervision skills
Quality control and inspection knowledge
Material estimation and BOQ understanding
Communication and coordination skills
Time management and problem-solving abilities
Coordinate with:
Architects
Interior designers
MEP teams
Contractors and vendors
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
