Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients and understand their requirements.
- Experience working with freelance bidding platforms such as Upwork and similar portals.
- Proven experience generating leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other channels.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality leads with genuine business potential.
- Bid on projects and secure business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Develop a clear understanding of the company's services and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Handle initial client interactions, requirement gathering, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with senior team members and management to improve business development strategies.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing practices.
