PS ROLLS PVT. LTD. is looking for skilled and dedicated candidates to join our team.
Position : LATHE MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Study technical drawings, fabrication outlines, and work orders to understand dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements.
- Install and align work-holding devices (chucks, collets, or centers), tool holders, and cutting tools.
- Perform operations including turning, facing, threading, drilling, knurling, boring, and tapping.
- Observe the machine during operation to detect signs of tool wear, vibration, or coolant issues; adjust speed, feed rates, and depth of cut as needed.
- Use precision measuring tools—such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and thread gauges—to verify parts against specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or tooling to bring parts back into tolerance if deviations are detected.
- Maintain production logs, record inspection data, and report non-conforming parts to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a LATHE MACHINE OPERATOR
