Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs on SAP S/4HANA; create technical specs, effort estimates, and delivery plans.
- Develop and enhance CDS Views, AMDP classes, RAP objects, OData services, Workflows, and Web services (REST/SOAP).
- Build and modify Adobe Forms; ensure clean, performant output integrated with business processes.
Build & Quality
- Write modern OO‑ABAP adhering to performance, security, and clean-core principles.
- Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and support SIT/UAT; drive issue resolution end-to-end.
Integration
- Design and maintain integrations with SAP/Fiori, external services, and enterprise apps via OData/REST.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead (one or two) end‑to‑end implementations; plan sprints/releases; track delivery against scope, schedule, and quality.
- Manage and mentor a team of ABAP developers; set goals, coach on best practices, and foster a high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with functional/architecture teams; communicate clearly with business stakeholders; present solutions and status crisply.
Deployment & Operations
- Orchestrate transport/deployment; ensure documentation, traceability, and production readiness.
- Proactively monitor, triage, and stabilize applications post go live
