We're Hiring | Process Head – Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant
We are looking for an experienced Process Head to lead the operations of our Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant.
Location: Hargarh, Sihora, Madhya Pradesh
Position: Process Head
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the iron ore beneficiation process.
- Monitor plant performance, recovery, and product quality.
- Improve productivity while minimizing operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Mining teams.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Mining, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Iron Ore Beneficiation Plants.
- Strong knowledge of crushing, grinding, classification, magnetic separation, filtration, and process optimization.
- Leadership experience in managing plant operations and technical teams.
