Job Title: IT Executive
Department: Information Technology
Experience: Minimum 2 years of IT experience preferred

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain hospital information systems (HIS), EMR, ERP, and other clinical applications.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, email, and internet-related issues.
- Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions as per organizational policies.
- Perform routine system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Monitor server health, antivirus status, and system performance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies, data security, and information confidentiality.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and service records.
- Support implementation of new IT projects, software deployments, and technology upgrades.
- Provide on-call and emergency IT support during system failures and critical incidents.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures related to IT operations.
- Coordinate with all departments to resolve IT-related issues within agreed timelines.
- Participate in NABH, NABL, ISO, and internal audits by maintaining required IT documentation and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi management.
- Experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide emergency support when required.
