•Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
•Maintain and update all employee records — personal files, appointment letters, and service books.
•Administer attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs in coordination with accounts.
•Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and professional tax filings.
•Draft HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and warning notices.
•Design and implement staff induction and onboarding programmes.
•Coordinate annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
•Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities.
•Manage vendor empanelment, contracts, and renewal for administrative services (housekeeping, security, AMCs).
•Oversee procurement of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
•Maintain and manage petty cash for day-to-day administrative expenses.
•Coordinate with facilities, IT, and transport departments for school operations.
•Support event management, school tours, and administrative logistics for school functions.
•Maintain school compliance documentation — fire NOC, building compliance, government registrations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
