- Installation/configuration of e-mail clients
- Troubleshooting e-mail client related issues
- Troubleshooting printer/scanner related issues
- Troubleshooting issues related to approved applications/software as per Bank's policy.
- Support for local area network issues (LAN)
- Coordination with the Lease Line & telephony service provider
- Coordination with the internal bank team (Server Team, AD team, NOC Team, etc.) for trouble shooting any issue.
- Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates
- Provide first level support for video conference devices, IP phones, Turrets.
- Install approved patches onto desktops/laptops
- Troubleshoot print queue related issues
- Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers
- Remove virus from respective desktop/laptop with the antivirus software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
