We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can take full ownership of end-to-end features, drive technical excellence, and build reliable, production-ready software.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy high-quality web applications across the entire stack, from intuitive frontends to secure, scalable backend services.
- Architecture & Scalability: Architect modular, scalable systems and database schemas that ensure high availability, fast response times, and minimal latency.
- Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern engineering standards, design patterns, and automated testing practices.
- System Integration: Build, secure, and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, third-party services, payment gateways, and real-time communication modules.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across both client and server environments.
- Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, conduct constructive code reviews, and help mentor team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 to 6 years of hands-on professional software engineering experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in core web technologies: modern JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar), and HTML5/CSS3.
- Proven experience building backend systems using Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent server-side technologies.
- Solid working knowledge of databases, including query optimization, indexing, and schema design for both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git/GitHub), CI/CD workflows, containerization (Docker), and modern cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Vercel).
- Deep understanding of web security fundamentals, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and data protection standards.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and excellent communication skills.
