Job Description: Admission Counsellor
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, you will play a crucial role in representing our school’s values and driving enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic calls, and online leads promptly.
- Counselling: Guide parents through the CBSE curriculum, school facilities, and admission procedures.
- Conversion: Facilitate the end-to-end admission process, from initial inquiry to final fee payment and documentation.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and follow-ups.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor.
- Freshers Welcome: Enthusiastic freshers with a flair for talking, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of "convincing power" are encouraged to apply.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Prior knowledge of CBSE curriculum and rules is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language proficiency).
- Personality: A warm, approachable demeanor with a professional attitude.
