Onboarding Assistant – EAX Media
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
About the Role
EAX Media is hiring an Onboarding Assistant for basic office coordination and onboarding support work. This is not a core HR role. We are looking for someone with a smart personality, strong English communication skills, and good coordination abilities who can professionally manage day-to-day office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
- Coordinate with candidates and internal team members
- Handle basic office and administrative tasks
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and documentation
- Maintain onboarding records and trackers
- Schedule meetings and coordinate interviews when required
- Support daily operations and office management activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Admin, Coordination, Onboarding, or Office Operations
- Strong English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Smart, confident, and professional personality
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / Excel
- Organized and responsible approach towards work
- Comfortable working from office (Onsite)
Preferred
- Experience in startup or fast-paced work environment is a plus
- Good professional attitude and multitasking ability
