Job Description – Electrician
Position: Electrician
Department: Projects / Electrical

Location: Chennai (Site-Based)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, and repair electrical systems and equipment at project sites.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out as per safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other technical staff for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Comply with Tamil Nadu Electrical Inspectorate rules and other legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid C Licence or B Licence issued by Tamil Nadu Electrical Licensing Board.
- Proven work experience in industrial, commercial, or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety codes and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work at site locations.
