The Project Manager needsto work with Business Analysts closely to convert client’s requirements into a well-documentedbusiness proposal. The project manager should also be flexible to prepare requireddocumentation on their own. The technical Project Manager should have a natural analyticalskill along with ability to motivate the team and take them to the next level of competency. A Project Manager should have technical background to understand and evaluate thetechnicalities of a requirement and risks associated with it. A Technical Project Manager having experience in managing games will be an additional benefit. Responsibilities ● Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for technical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, andoperations. ● Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk managementstrategies. ● Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. ● Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership regularly. ● Analyse and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely fashion. ● Ensure technical feasibility of solutions, coordinating with architects and technical leads. ● Manage scope changes, budget adjustments, and project timelines efficiently.● Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes andsuggesting best practices. ● Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on business needs. ● Mentor team members to develop their skills and foster a high-performing, motivatedproject team● Proven ability to manage conflicts and negotiate win-win outcome ● Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or similar to track progress anddocumentation. Requirements ● 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years handling technicalprojects. ● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum/Kanban)methodologies, and DevOps practices. ● Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com). ● Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. ● Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non technical stakeholders. ● PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus. ● Experience working with distributed and remote teams is a plus. Nice to Have● Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and basic softwarearchitecture principles. ● Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)is a plus. ● Prior experience in emerging technology areas like AR/VR and blockchain would be adefinite plus
