Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Execute routine preventive maintenance on a wide range of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment including Rapid Mixer Granulators, FBPs, Compression machines, Coating machines, Vibro sifters, Co-Mills, Multi mills, Blister packing, Sachet filling, and Bottle packing machines.
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections to proactively identify potential issues and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all preventive maintenance activities, inspections, and performed repairs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize maintenance schedules and enhance procedural efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance
- Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions, efficiently diagnosing the root cause of complex problems.
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components to restore equipment to optimal operating condition.
- Implement effective corrective actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of breakdowns and minimize future downtime.
- Document all breakdown maintenance activities, including the cause, repairs performed, and parts replaced, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate effectively with external vendors for specialized repairs or advanced maintenance services when required.
Pharmaceutical Equipment Expertise & Operation
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with diverse pharmaceutical formulation equipment such as Fluid Bed Processors (FBP), compression machines, coating machines, and blending machines.
- Demonstrate expertise in the operation and maintenance of packing equipment, including Blister Packing Machines (BQS) and Hi-Cart machines.
- Provide essential technical support and training to production personnel on proper equipment operation and routine maintenance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and technological innovations in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
GMP Compliance & Documentation Management
- Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and all relevant pharmaceutical regulatory requirements at all times.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate, complete, and auditable documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and calibration records.
- Contribute actively to the development, review, and continuous improvement of SOPs related to equipment maintenance.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and technical insights related to equipment maintenance.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize strong analytical and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to diagnose and resolve complex equipment problems and failures.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall operational output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to address equipment-related challenges and drive improvements.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify underlying trends, predict potential issues, and implement proactive measures.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
Safety & Environmental Stewardship
- Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations, procedures, and industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the work environment.
- Identify and promptly report any potential safety hazards or environmental non-compliance issues.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Actively participate in mandatory safety training programs and initiatives.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
