About Bodycraft:-
Clinic Bodycraft Clinic is a trusted chain of dermatocosmetology and wellness clinics, known for patient-first care and world-class expertise. We’re looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Manager who can bring our ethos to life across social media, while creating authentic and engaging content for both Bodycraft Clinic and our Founder and Medical Director’s Instagram & LinkedIn presence.
Role Overview:-
You will be responsible for creating educational, engaging, and visually appealing content that highlights our clinic’s treatments, patient journeys, and medical expertise. You’ll work closely with Dr. Mikki and our team to manage shoots, create reels, edit videos, and capture authentic in-clinic moments.
Key Responsibilities :-
Content Creation & Management :-
● Create content for Bodycraft Clinic and our founder’s Insta, including reels, posts, stories, YouTube videos, and educational snippets.
● Plan and execute in-clinic shoots with patients, doctors, and staff, focusing on treatments, processes, testimonials, and transformation journeys (before & after results).
● Capture authentic, patient-first storytelling through testimonials, expert tips, and procedure insights.
● Execute shoots using iPhone videography and basic equipment (ring light, mic, tripod) to ensure high-quality, professional-looking outputs.
● Edit reels with engaging sound effects, smooth transitions, subtitles/captions, and trend-driven elements to maximise reach and engagement.
● Understand the category demands and deliver content that highlights procedures, results, patient experiences, and medical expertise in an approachable yet professional way.
Brand & Community Alignment:-
● Ensure all content reflects patient-first communication and the medical-grade ethos of Bodycraft.
● Collaborate closely with our founder to create content that puts her on the map as a renowned dermat and ace Injector.
● Capture patient stories, testimonials, and live interactions in an authentic, sensitive manner.
Trend Tracking & Research :-
● Stay on top of Instagram/YouTube/social media trends and adapt them to the clinic’s brand voice.
● Research patient and customer insights to craft relatable and informative content.
Engagement & Analytics
● Interact with patients/customers at the clinic for authentic content opportunities.
● Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and feedback loops. Keep a clear tracker of leads received via your social channels.
● Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:-
● 2–5 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
● Prior experience in beauty, healthcare, or wellness is a strong plus.
● Proficiency in Instagram Reels editing and basic video editing tools.
● Hands-on experience with iPhone videography, lighting, mic, and tripod setups.
● Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with doctors, patients, and staff.
● Research-oriented and trend-savvy, with a balance of creativity and professionalism.
Working Day:- 5 Days
Location:- Bangalore
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
