Job Title: Telecaller
About Us:
CBitss, a government-recognized edtech initiative and an official venture of Sukrala IT Services Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Sector 34A, Chandigarh, is expanding its team. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers who can effectively engage with prospective students and drive enrollments for our coaching and skill-based programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads generated through various channels
- Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and training programs
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead data, call logs, and conversion records
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional client handling
- Collaborate with the sales and academic team to achieve monthly targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and in-demand courses to provide accurate guidance
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling, preferably in education or edtech industry
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Good understanding of modern, skill-based and career-oriented courses
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
