About the Role
Connect4Sure Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in the Telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering telecom projects while coordinating with clients, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end telecom project execution from project initiation to successful closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple telecom implementation projects simultaneously.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Feasibility, Implementation, Delivery, NOC, and Support teams.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments for seamless project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and present project status reports to the Director.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Track project KPIs, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements and implement best project management practices.
- Maintain complete project documentation and prepare management reports.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve productivity and performance.

Eligibility CriteriaExperience
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Telecom Project Management.
- Experience handling large-scale telecom implementation projects is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in:
