Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and guiding customers toward suitable products/services.
This role requires strong communication skills, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to convert leads effectively.
Note: This is a sales profile, but there will be NO hard sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and explain products/services clearly
· Professionally handle inbound customer queries and follow up on leads
· Build trust and maintain healthy communication with customers
· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
· Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up notes in the CRM
· Achieve basic performance expectations without hard targets
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
· Prepare basic reports on daily calls, lead status, and feedback

· Education: 12th Pass (Required)
· Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales / Telecalling / Customer Service

o CRM handling (preferred)
o Good listening skills and patience
o Target-free sales approach
