Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new food products and improve existing recipes
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained
- Conduct research on ingredients, preservation, and processing methods
- Perform quality checks and laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with food laws and regulations
- Monitor production processes and suggest improvements
- Work closely with production, packaging, and marketing teams
- Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits and quality control
- Evaluate shelf life and storage conditions of products
- Handle customer feedback related to product quality
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of food science and technology
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
