Key Responsibilities
- Manage workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and compile case-related findings.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to meet crucial deadlines.
- Maintain accurate case records and support attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation cases (LPO/BPO experience is a plus).
- Strong legal writing, drafting, and organizational skills.
- Well-versed in Workers' Compensation terminology and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal case management tools.
- Internet fluency with the ability to conduct effective online legal research.
- Must be willing to work in the PST time zone.
