Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandising Executive role based in Pune. The Visual Merchandising Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining visual merchandising standards across stores to ensure a premium and consistent brand experience.The role involves creating impactful product displays, window presentations, seasonal installations, and in-store layouts that drive customer engagement and sales. The candidate will work closely with retail, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure visual standards are consistently executed and aligned with the brand identity.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Fashion Retail, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, retail layouts, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail brands preferred.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, color coordination, and product presentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of design and presentation tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
