Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR HCM Trainer to deliver instructor-led and online training programs on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules, hands-on implementation experience, and excellent presentation and mentoring skills. The trainer will be responsible for preparing course materials, conducting practical sessions, and helping learners become job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and virtual training on SAP HR HCM.
- Train participants on core SAP HCM modules:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Benefits Administration
- ESS/MSS
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions using SAP systems.
- Update training content based on the latest SAP releases and industry practices.
- Support learners with project work, case studies, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong functional expertise in SAP HR/HCM.
- Hands-on implementation or support project experience.
- Good knowledge of HR business processes.
- Experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management.
- Understanding of integration with SAP FI, CO, and SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Experience with online training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- SAP HCM Certification preferred.
- 4–10 years of SAP HCM functional experience.
- Previous training or faculty experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM.
- Exposure to Indian payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
Experience preparing training documentation and certification material.
