Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller / Client Support Executive for our Medical Tourism division. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing client inquiries, coordinating with hospitals and healthcare providers, and ensuring prompt resolution of client issues. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to provide professional support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming calls from patients, attendants, hospitals, and business partners.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, appointments, treatment plans, and documentation.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information regarding medical tourism services.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare service providers.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, admission procedures, travel arrangements, and treatment-related queries.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions in the CRM or company database.
- Follow up regularly with clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Ensure timely escalation of complex issues to the concerned department.
- Meet daily call handling and client service targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and company data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, travel, or medical tourism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Customer-centric attitude with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare, hospital, insurance, or medical tourism industry.
- Knowledge of patient coordination and medical travel processes.
