- Making calls: Generating sales leads by making cold calls to potential customers
- Supporting staff: Assisting staff with follow-up calls for sales and service activities
- Providing information: Providing detailed information about vehicle features, services, and promotions
- Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
- Resolving complaints: Resolving complaints, providing solutions, and following up with customers
- Reporting: Making reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling
- Collecting data: Engaging with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's merchandise or services
- Transferring leads: Transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
