Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer / Developer with over 4 years of experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization using FLOWS, LWC, and Apex, along with hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Salesforce best practices, CTI setup, and service process automation. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our CRM capabilities and supporting mission-critical business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Build functionality using standard Salesforce tools such as FLOWS, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Set up and configure CTI integration, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and Social Media Integrations.
- Define and implement standard service processes within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective CRM solutions.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Follow IT best practices to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Utilize Data Cloud capabilities, if applicable, to enhance customer data and engagement strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor training trends, competition, and industry movement in the L&D and EdTech space.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce using FLOWS, LWC, and Apex.
- Proficiency in setting up CTI, case management features, and service automations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is required.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Solid understanding of IT best practices, version control, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a consultative approach.
