Job Description:
Jamaica Craft Cafe is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Guest Service Associates (GSA) to join our hospitality team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests professionally
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Take and coordinate food & beverage orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure smooth guest experience and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with team members for smooth cafe operations
Requirements:
- Freshers and internship candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic hospitality knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
