What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Sales Support resource is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the sales team, primarily focused on maximizing revenue generation by managing customer accounts, processing orders, generating reports, and ensuring smooth customer interactions, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to achieve sales targets. Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.
What are we looking for? Education Qualification: Any Graduation "• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline analytics, and sales effectiveness frameworks. • Experience analyzing win/loss data, activity metrics, and conversion performance. • Ability to interpret data and identify performance gaps across sales processes, tools, and content usage. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Effective stakeholder communication to present insights and recommendations to Sales and Enablement teams." The role focuses on evaluating win/loss trends, activity effectiveness, and tool usage to generate actionable insights that improve sales productivity, conversion outcomes, and enablement effectiveness. By translating data into clear recommendations, the specialist supports Sales Enablement in optimizing training, content, and process interventions. Key Responsibilities • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and adoption data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. • Evaluate win/loss trends and activity effectiveness metrics to assess sales outcomes and conversion drivers. • Review tool usage, content access, and seller activity data to measure adoption and engagement levels. • Identify skill, process, and content gaps using defined analytical frameworks and performance criteria. • Map identified gaps to enablement actions such as training, tools, and content improvements. • Produce structured insights and gap summaries for Sales and Enablement stakeholders. • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and performance. • Support data-driven decision-making through insight generation and performance diagnostics. • Perform regular data pulls from CRM and sales tools to track activity, pipeline, outreach performance, and tool usage metrics. • Consolidate tool adoption and performance findings into structured reports, categorize identified gaps by focus area, and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
