Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (knowing South Indian / Marathi is an added bonus).
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and comfortable talking on the phone.
