Job Title: Telesales Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, energetic Tele Caller who can handle admission enquiries, convert leads into walk-ins, and support the counselling team by scheduling appointments. The role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and consistency in follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on daily fresh leads (Meta Ads, website, walk-ins, referrals)
- Convert enquiries into campus visits (appointments)
- Maintain a structured follow-up system (calls, WhatsApp, reminders)
- Explain course details briefly and create interest for counselling sessions
- Coordinate with counsellors and ensure walk-in conversions
- Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for appointments & conversions
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu (any 2–3 preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality
- Basic understanding of sales and lead handling
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp, calling systems
- Consistent and disciplined with follow-ups
