HR ASSISTSNT
The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, training activities, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting the workforce across dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various dealership positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee information in HR systems and databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Verify attendance data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams regarding employee payments and deductions.
- Maintain leave and attendance reports.
4. Training & Employee Development
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track employee training attendance and effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing sales and technical training sessions.
5. Employee Relations
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Address routine employee queries and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory and compliance-related records are maintained.
- Support audits and inspections by preparing required documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
