As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals to join our Inside Sales team.
Job Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
· Introduce Pocket HRMS solutions and understand customer requirements.
· Schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team.
· Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure.
· Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
· Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Required Skills
· 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills.
· Ability to build rapport with customers over calls.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
· Experience in HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or IT Software sales will be an added advantage.
· Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
