We are looking for an experienced SAP MM MDG Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Master Data Governance (MDG). Candidates available for Full-Time, Contract, or Freelance engagements are welcome to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP MDG
- Design, configure, and support SAP MDG for Material and Vendor Master Data.
- Implement and maintain MDG data models, governance workflows, BRF+ rules, derivations, and validations.
- Define and enforce master data governance standards and quality controls.
- Support data replication using DRF, IDOCs, and SOA services.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and consolidation activities.
SAP MM
- Configure and support:
- Procurement (PR, PO, RFQ)
- Inventory Management
- Invoice Verification
- Vendor & Material Master Data
- Work closely with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and ABAP teams.
- Support MM-FI integration including GR/IR, account determination, and invoice processing.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Project Activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
- Participate in UAT, go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide support.
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills
- 8–10+ years of SAP MM functional experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG (Material & Vendor Master).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Master Data Governance
- Procurement & Inventory Management
- Pricing Procedures & Release Strategies
- SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- BRF+
- DRF
- MM-FI Integration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- S/4HANA Migration Experience
- Ariba / SRM / WM / EWM Exposure
- Knowledge of IDOCs, LSMW, and Data Migration Tools
- Global Rollout or Client-Facing Experience
- SAP MM and/or SAP MDG Certification
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
