Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing sales targets within a designated area. This role involves overseeing a range of activities such as client meetings, product demonstrations, and performance reviews, while ensuring all sales activities align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships
· Demonstrate and present products to clients, addressing their needs and requirements
· Identify and establish new business opportunities to expand market reach
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and business activities
· Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, promoting our products and services
· Review and analyze sales performance regularly to identify opportunities for improvement
· Negotiate contracts, pricing packages, and other terms with clients
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by consistently driving sales performance
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant sales or management role
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
