As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to support various projects or products. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position requires continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain and enhance the platform infrastructure, enabling smooth project delivery and supporting evolving technological needs within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices for environment setup and automation to improve reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trade Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to support environment deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Understanding of system monitoring and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Trade Lifecycle Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
