What This Job
We need one skilled person to handle all of our online marketing. You will plan and run our social media pages, manage paid online ads, and help our website show up higher in Google search results. You will work closely with our in-house designer, who will create the images and videos you need.
What You Will Do Day-to-Day
- Plan and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Tell the designer exactly what to create — write clear, simple instructions for each post or video.
- Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube to attract new customers.
- Research the right keywords so our website ranks higher on Google, and keep an eye on site traffic using Google Analytics.
- Send a monthly report showing what is working: website visitors, money spent on ads versus money earned, and how our social media posts are performing.
- Keep track of the marketing content calendar — making sure all posts are planned, scheduled on time, and nothing gets missed.
- Research what is trending in the market, what competitors are doing, and what our customers care about — then suggest content topics and campaign ideas based on what you find.
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience running online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- A proven record of running paid ads on Meta or Google that actually brought in results.
- Experience giving clear directions to a designer or creative team.
- Good working knowledge of SEO and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, plus Google Analytics.
- A good eye for what makes a video or post engaging, even if you are not the one making it.
- Someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
