Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development professional that’s well versed with Ad film and film production at Exhibit Studios. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in sales and lead generation.Someone who understands the agency network and how branded content is made. Who’s interest lies in pitching for films and ideating to getting it produced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities with agencies and potential clients
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships
- Prepare sales pitches, presentations, and proposals most importantly ideas
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve revenue and business growth targets
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Brand Partnerships in a production house or agency setting.
- A good understanding of the agency circuit. Someone with good connects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Experience in media sales, ad films and brand collaborations
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
