Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and marketing materials
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts
- Stay current on social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms
- Film, edit, and optimize content for maximum engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Track analytics and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to create educational healthcare content
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient testimonials
RequirementsRequired Skills
- Advanced proficiency in CapCut
- Advanced proficiency in Canva
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Experience creating viral and engaging short-form content
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or medical marketing experience
- Photography and videography experience
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Experience with SEO and YouTube optimization
- Graphic design experience
- Knowledge of social media advertising and boosting posts
